Plant Characteristics
Upright, spine-free canes with short internodes. RBC16F6 has good potential for long cane production, with a lower chill requirement than standard floricane varieties.

Disease Resistance
RBC16F6 has the molecular marker for Phytophthora resistance and displays good resistance to root rot in infested soils. It is also resistant to the main biotypes of the large raspberry aphid (Amphorophora idaei).
